Single head straight tenon tenon machine has 4 ~ 6 spindles, driven by a separate motor. 6 axis tenon machine has 4 stations, the configuration of each axis is: 1 circular saw shaft, 2 horizontal milling cutter shaft, 2 vertical milling cutter shaft and 1 middle slot milling cutter shaft, respectively, used to cut the end and milling tenon cheek, tenon shoulder, groove. The tool base can be adjusted. The workpiece is clamped on the movable worktable and pushed by hand to each tool shaft for processing.Especially suitable for producing household drawers, exquisite decorative boxes, gift boxes and speakers.
